Bio

Zoe is a UK-trained GP who qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2007. She spent her early years working in busy inner-city hospitals, building broad experience in general medicine, before finding her real passion in General Practice — balancing specialist GP training with raising a young family along the way, and gaining Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2018. Before relocating to New Zealand with her family in 2023, Zoe was a Partner in a large general practice in North Devon, where she cared for patients across every stage of life. Since arriving in Mount Maunganui, she's put down roots for her family and built a loyal patient base of her own. Women's health and menopause care have become a particular area of expertise for Zoe, shaped by years in General Practice supporting women through every stage of their hormonal journey — from menstrual health and contraception through to perimenopause and menopause. She's well versed in the physical, emotional, and psychological sides of hormonal change, and takes a holistic, evidence-based approach that recognises every woman's experience is different, pairing medical expertise with practical lifestyle strategies to help women move through this transition with confidence. As a busy mother of four, Zoe knows firsthand what it takes to balance family, work, and self-care — and she brings that personal insight, alongside her professional expertise, into a warm, empowering space where women feel heard, informed, and confident in their own healthcare decisions.
