Bio

Zoe is a UK-trained GP who qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2007 and gained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2018.Zoe is a UK-trained GP who qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2007 and gained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2018. Before relocating to New Zealand in 2023, she was a Partner in a large general practice in North Devon, and has since built a loyal patient base at a practice in Mount Maunganui. Throughout her career, Zoe has developed particular expertise in women's health and menopause care, supporting women through every stage of their hormonal journey — from menstrual health and contraception to perimenopause and menopause — and managing the physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of hormonal change Zoe takes a holistic, evidence-based approach, recognising that every woman's experience is unique and combining medical expertise with practical lifestyle strategies to help women navigate this transition with confidence. As a busy mother of four, Zoe understands the realities of balancing family, work, and personal wellbeing, bringing both professional expertise and personal insight to create a supportive, compassionate environment where women feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
