 Consultations
Changing your appointment
You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to the appointment. This can be done by clicking on the change/cancel booking link in the email confirmation you have received. There will be no charge for this.
You will unable to change your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your consultation - you can do so up to 72 hours prior and you will be offered a voucher (which does not expire) to use on other products or to make a booking at a more suitable time. Alternatively we can offer you a refund you a full refund (less a $20 processing fee).Â
Please note that the processing fee is charged because our payment gateway charges us a percentage fee on each transaction (regardless of cancellations) and also charges us an administration fee for refunds.
If you miss the appointment or cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you have two options: either receive a refund of the booking cost minus a no show fee ($100 fee for Initial consults or $50 for follow up consults), or pay the no show fee and receive a voucher code to rebook the appointment. The fee is there to cover the healthcare provider's time reserved for your original consultation.
If you do not complete your new patient form prior to the consult (at least 24 hours before) you will either be charged a no show fee and your appointment cancelled, or your appointment will be reduced to a 30min appt to allow enough time for the doctor to review your form.
If you want to cancel your appointment by clicking on the "change / cancel appointment" link in the appointment booking email you were sent when you made the booking.Â
Late to your appointment
Our doctors will wait for a period of 10 minutes, during which time we will make efforts to contact you. if you do not join the appointment with in the 10 minute period you will be deemed to have missed your appointment.

No Refunds
In summary there are no refunds in the following circumstances...
- Once the consultation has taken place
- For prescriptions issued
- Any personal or prescription products sold
Physical Products
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to sales of physical products such as supplements, equipment, health aids and other support products only and does NOT cover medicines or pharmaceuticals.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with security seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned goods
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pharmaceuticals or medicines, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) or any products that have had the security/tamper seals broken or have been used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
