You get access to 3.5 hours of content divided into these 3 parts:

This first part explains the science behind the stages of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. You will also learn about the different types of menopause, the value of hormone testing and how to figure out where you're at.
2. THE IMPACT
The second part takes you through the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and the impact our hormone changes have on our heart, gut, bone health and metabolism.
3. THE MANAGEMENT
In this last part, we explore all the different management options available for women to help them with both their symptoms and the long-term health changes of menopause. The guide includes detailed information about nutrition, exercise, herbal remedies, non-hormonal medications and HRT
