Dr. Linda Dear
MBBS, FRNZCGP, BA (Hons) Psychology, DRCOG, NCMP
“As an older mum, I felt like I had only just had my children when perimenopause suddenly came along and hit me like a bus"
For me, it was hot flushes, mood changes and fatigue. Along with the reappearance of my teenage acne.
Wrangling two young sons while coping with the hormonal turbulence of perimenopause made me realise how challenging this chapter in a woman's life can be.
As a doctor, I want to help other women navigate through their own perimenopause and menopause journeys.
Creating this clinic enables me to offer patients more time and support to make their own decisions about what is best for their body and mind.
